Body
Body is produced from S355J2 quality or HB 400-450 quality wear plates. Body design is classical (rectangular) design.
Tailgate
Top-hinged doors with mechanical locking system.
Body Crosses
All crosses are S355J2 quality material.
Visor
Visor will prevent cabin from damages during loading. It will be designed to allow opening of engine department located under the cabin.
Subframe
Subframe main beams will be produced from S355J2 quality steel.
Chassis Crosses
All crosses/traverses are S355J2 quality steel.
Chassis Connections
Chassis connections are S355J2 quality steel. Flexible connections are 8-10 mm S355J2 quality steel.
Side Guards
Side guards (bicycle guards) will be on both sides of the truck. They will be compatible with ECE-R 73 regulation.
Rear Diagonal Connections
Reinforced box profiles.
Fenders
Mudguards made of glass reinforced plastics.
Telescopical Piston
"Telescopical piston is placed inside chassis. When piston reaches last level, a limiting system exist in order to prevent damages. (Based on the chassis construction of the truck, piston model and type can change) "
Pump
Bi-directional gear pump.
Hoses
Pressure hoses are resistant to min. 280 bar, return hose is resistant to minimum 88 bar.
Oil Tank
Standard oil tank with compatible capacity will be placed at the front-end of the subframe. Oil gauge on the tank and regurn filter in the tank.
Direction Valve
Direction valve with 1" oil inlets.
Tipping Body Lifting and Landing System
Pneumatical system; controlled by a joystick in the cabin.
Lightning
Lightning system will be compatible with ECE-R 48 regulation.
Paint
After sandblasting, double layer of epoxy primer and double layer of acrylic owen paint.
Accessories
Water tank, mudflaps, spare wheel carrier, neccessary warning signs, user manual.
