Tests
Radiographic Control:Butt weld seams of the tank will be controlled by radiographic control according to design rules and standards.
Radiographic Control:: It will be controlled by NDT Personnel certified according to TS EN ISO 9712 Standard.
Radiographic Control:Radiographic testing will be performed using high precision, panoramic and linear X-Ray devices.
Penetrant Test or Magnetic Part Test: Corner weld seams of the tank will be checked by NDT Personnel certified according to TS EN ISO 9712 Standard, by penetrant test or magnetic particle test method.
Witness Sample Test (Production Plate Test): In order to verify the method validity of the butt welding seams of the tank, the tests specified in TS EN 12493 Standard Table I.4 will be applied and the witness sample tests will be performed.
Hydrostatic Test: Manufactured tanks and installation equipment will be tested according to hydrostatic test rules and standards. After the test, the water in the tank will be completely emptied and cleaned with Nitrogen.
Paint Process
After the sandblasting process, double layer epoxy primer and double layer full acrylic oven paint will be applied.
Final Tightness Test (Pneumatic Test)
After the final assembly process, the tank, installation and equipment will be subjected to the final tightness test with air according to the design rules and standards.
Certification
An initial inspection certificate shall be issued to the tank by the notified body in accordance with TPED 1.3.
CHASSIS
The trailer will be in the form of a semi-frame, upper and lower flats will be made of 120x10 S355 J2, 5 mm S355 J2 quality material with mirror plate.
All crosses will be made of S355 J2 quality material.
Body and chassis will be bolted chassis in a detachable manner.
Park Foot
Double speed 25 tons dynamic load, 50 tons static load capacity telescopic leg with gearbox will be used.
King Pin
2" removable flanged king pin will be used.
Brake System
Wabco or Knorr Bremse brand 2S2M EBS modulator will be used.
Axles
It will be a BPW or SAF axle with a capacity of 3x9000 kg.
Tires and Rims
There will be 6+1 tires and rims in size 385/65 R22,5.
Electrical System
There will be a 24 volt lighting system with 2x7 Pins and 1x15 Sockets.
Bicycle Guardrail
There will be side barriers to protect other bicycle and motorcycle drivers in possible accidents.
