Chassis
It will be manufactured in a cylindrical shape using MC 700 material with 4 mm and 6 mm thickness. Pad reinforcement of appropriate thickness will be made where necessary.
The drive gear and the return bearing will be mounted to the rear of the roller with a bolted connection. (The bearing will be made of CrMoNi material). There will be a metal ring mounted on the tube on the carrier wheels at the front.
Cover opening
The filling cover will be opened pneumatically, the discharge cover will be hydraulically opened.
Trash Feeding
Compression and unloading processes are provided by the rotating cylinder making 6 revolutions per minute around its axis. Compression will be provided by a rotating cylinder, a garbage transfer chamber placed in the open mouth of the cylinder, a double groove placed inside the cylinder and a compression cone placed at the rear end. If the garbage gets stuck with a foreign material during filling, there will be a protective system that will automatically stop the rotation.
Back cover
The part of the back cover that comes into contact with the garbage will be manufactured using 400-450 brinel wear steel. There are parts made of wear-resistant chrome-nickel alloy steel casting material, which are mounted with screws in the wear areas. There is a waste water tank on the cover in order to collect the leaking water of the garbage.
I profile
Upper and lower blades will be manufactured using 120x12 S500MC, 6 mm S700MC mirror sheet material.
Chassis I profile will be welded by submerged arc welding method.
Chassis crosses
Chassis main crosses will be made of 6 mm S700MC, other crosses will be made of S355 J2 material.
Buffer
Specially designed E-certified bumper.
Side protection
Side protection in accordance with ECE R73 regulation
King-pin
Flanged king-pin which can be removed with 3.5" bolt in accordance with ECE R55 regulation.
